The appeal of Sainte-Adresse to artists is well known, and many painters, particularly Impressionists, were inspired by the seaside resort’s heritage and exceptional landscapes to produce works that are now major works of art. This guide explores these places of inspiration, and the works and artists who have shaped their legend.
This is a steep route, so bring good walking shoes.
