Combining heritage and sport, “muscle and spirit” as Pierre de Coubertin used to say, is the aim of this original tour format designed by the Pays d’art et d’histoire and LH en forme.
With the Paris 2024 Olympic Games just around the corner, don your sports gear for a fun and dynamic way to discover Le Havre’s heritage In the company of a guide-lecturer and a sports coach, Le Havre and its beach are transformed into a sports field. Between stretching sessions and gentle gymnastics, rediscover the urban and maritime environment in a friendly atmosphere.
Put on a wetsuit and a pair of slippers and discover the landscape… with your feet in the water! This coastal walk explores the evolution of the seascape from the beach to the Porte Océane.
Equipment supplied (wetsuit and slippers) – Duration: 2h.
