From Boulevard Albert 1er, decipher the façade of this villa built in 1890 in an eclectic seaside style.
With its exceptional sea views, it has welcomed prestigious guests, from Georges Dufayel, promoter of Le Nice Havrais, to Armand Salacrou, a writer from Le Havre.
