Built in the 19th century by Alexandre Le Grand in honor of the liquor, the Benedictine Palace is a building of Gothic and Renaissance inspiration. A cultural visit Ancient art: in a flamboyant decor, an exceptional collection includes paintings, sculptures, ivories, alabaster, enamels, ironwork from the 12th to the 19th century, books of hours and illuminations from the 15th and 16th centuries as well as as charters of the Abbey of Fécamp of the 12th and 13th centuries.
Take advantage of our new experiences: “Benedictine Connoisseur” Cocktail initiation, Privilege,… or by reservation: Bénédictine cocktail workshops, gourmet at the Palais, by reservation.
A Palais-Factory, you will discover: The only distillery in the world, still in operation, where the Benedictine liqueur is produced: the infusions and distillations of spices are carried out in large hammered copper stills dating from the 1860s.
The cellars: the different mixtures and alcoholates age and rest in oak casks.
