Description

Welcome to the “l’Hirondelle” gîte, completely refurbished with taste, modernity and attention to detail, everything has been thought of to make your stay a memorable one. Special mention must be made of the meticulous decoration of the various rooms, the many games on offer (board games, numerous toys/books, children’s play area…) and the presence of animals nearby. The gîte is adjoined by a 4-person gîte, each with a private, well-exposed terrace featuring garden furniture, deckchairs and a gas barbecue (terraces are delimited by privacy screens). Just 7km from the coast, you can easily discover the tourist attractions of the Côte d’Albâtre (local markets, beaches at Saint-Jouin-Bruneval, Étretat, Fécamp, Le Havre…). Animals on site: rabbits, dwarf goats, donkey, Vietnamese pig and chickens. Village shops 3 minutes away by car / All shops 5 minutes away. Electric recharging point and reinforced socket on site.
Ground floor: – Entrance hall leading to living room with fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, food processor, filter and pod coffee makers, freezer…) to living room with pellet stove, – PMR-adapted 2-person bedroom with electrically-assisted 160×200 bed (2 independent 80cm mattresses with the option of support and bed rails), TV, large shower room with Italian shower and WC (grab rails and shower seat), – Laundry room with washing machine, – WC, Upstairs: – Landing with relaxation area, desk and games, books, toys available (child safety barrier for stairs), – 3-person bedroom with TV, 160×200 bed and 90×190 bed, – 3-person bedroom with TV, 160×200 bed and 90×190 bed – Bathroom with bath and WC. Complete baby equipment available. Numerous board games on request. Everything included for your comfort. Wheelchair-accessible from the parking lot at the entrance to the gîte. Small pets accepted on request.
