La Ferme Dumesnil
Based in Seine-Maritime, the Dumesnil cheese dairy was created in 2006 when Corinne and Pascal wanted to develop healthier and more natural products, having obtained CE approval and the Bleu-Blanc-Cœur and Collège Culinaire de France labels. They have a strong sensitivity to the health of their consumers and the quality of their products.
In short, they create typical raw milk cheeses on a daily basis with elaborate and subtle alliances thanks to precise know-how.
Ferme Dumesnil wishes to share its passion with you by telling you the story of the farm and explaining the magic of transforming milk into cheese. At the end of the visit, you will be able to taste some of our raw milk cheeses.
The Dumesnil farm is a family business based in the country of Caux. Aurélie moved in in January and created an extension of the cheese factory for better ergonomics for employees and optimization of the ripening of our tommes.
In addition, it has developed a distributor of local products (7 days a week and 24 hours a day) in order to better respond to our customers who came to the farm outside our opening hours. This also allows us to establish partnerships with other producers or artisans who develop quality products!
We have also developed a new gourmet range: pastries from the Domaine du Castillon, made with farm and local products less rich in quick sugar while being greedy!
