Le Havre Seine Métropole, in collaboration with the association La Hêtraie, is hosting the 8th edition of “Gromesnil in All Its Glory” on May 10 and 11, 2025. This two-day event invites visitors of all ages to dive into the wonders of the natural world through a vibrant and inspiring program. The aim: to raise awareness about nature and biodiversity while encouraging conversations with experts and enthusiasts.

Nursery growers, garden professionals, and craftspeople will be on hand to share their skills and know-how, offering advice and inspiration to green thumbs and curious minds alike.

The program also features a selection of performances that promise to be sensory journeys—artistic interpretations of nature that range from poetic to delightfully unexpected. One special highlight takes place on Saturday evening: “The Symphony of Bats” by the Mycélium company, an enchanting twilight gathering where participants will use ultrasound detectors to communicate with bats in a truly unique experience.

At the heart of the festival is the “Viv(r)e la Nature” village, a space for immersive discovery. Visitors will be invited to reconnect with plants and animals through hands-on workshops, participatory games, interactive demonstrations, and educational activities designed to explore the many dimensions of our ecosystem in a fun and engaging way.
