Fête de la musique à Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc
SAINT-ROMAIN-DE-COLBOSC
Description
The Fête de la Musique is held on a single, symbolic date, June 21, the day of the summer solstice. A major popular event, free of charge and open to all musicians, amateurs of all levels and professionals alike, it celebrates living music and highlights the breadth and diversity of musical practices, as well as all musical genres.
To mark the occasion, the Maison Pour Tous is joining forces with the town of Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc to present a major concert in the town squares.
On the program:
– from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: Les Improvistes – A group of buddies playing together for the Fête de la Musique. More pop-rock oriented, they cover contemporary music in their own way.
– 7.30 pm to 8 pm: NotaBéné plays covers of French and international variety music for fun. In 2024, a group of friends who met at the École de Musique de Saint-Romain decided to embark on a new project and perform live on stage. Having performed their first real stage show at the Rock’N Coeur charity concert, the group has now set themselves a new challenge for this year’s Fête de la Musique: an outdoor stage in Saint-Romain. To be discovered without moderation!
– 8pm to 9:30pm: Duo What’s – What’s, the duo is sure to please! Based in Basse-Normandie, the duo perform pop-rock versions of well-known French and international covers. Perfect for getting your groove on on the dance floor!
– 9:30-11pm: Yelo – Yelo is made up of Yann and Olivier, two experienced musicians from the Le Havre region. Although Yelo is a recent adventure, the two musicians have been playing together for 10 years in France and abroad (Italy, Marox, Turkey, Portugal, England…). Their repertoire is above all pop, with covers of the great French and international standards. A varied universe that unites all generations.
