The idea of “balls in the middle” is the result of a telescoping of several disciplines in which the involvement of the body is obvious: the danced gesture, the juggled gesture on the one hand, and on the other hand the sporting gesture which, when it reaches heights in the precision of the gesture, can also be qualified as artistic.

Because these three practices are closely linked to the street world and popular culture, it was inevitably in the street that the show “Balles au center” was born.
