Then head for the maritime conservatory to admire the riggings currently being renovated. Here, shipwrights and volunteers bring traditional sailing ships like the Marie-Fernand back to life, perpetuating age-old skills. Finally, take the time to discover the Pointe de l’Escaut nautical zone. An area dedicated to the maintenance and repair of pleasure boats. Here, you’ll experience a unique atmosphere, where technical expertise and harbor ambience meet.

The tour also focuses on a ship with a singular destiny: the USST488, a former US Army tugboat, now retired in the port of Le Havre. In short, after this tour, ship repair and maritime heritage will no longer hold any secrets for you!
