Symbi0se is Hangar Zéro’s aquaponic farm. Aquaponics combines aquaculture and hydroponics to produce healthy, local and ecological products. The farm also produces microfoams and mushrooms for local restaurants and private customers.
Come and discover the urban farm through a guided tour, including its history, day-to-day operations and impact on the community. The tour also includes a tasting of the farm’s fresh produce.
