**On the Shoulders of Giants**, inspired by the enduring metaphor of scientific progress, reminds us that however far we are able to see and understand, it is only thanks to the achievements of those who came before us. It is also the name of this science festival initiated by the City of Le Havre.

Open to everyone, this event has been designed to make science accessible and to share knowledge with the widest possible audience. It will take place in the heart of a lively university district, offering an engaging and hands-on programme featuring interactive workshops, inspiring talks, multidisciplinary discussions and cultural experiences led by visionary speakers from across France.
