Soirée poterie : Explorer l’argile

Description

Starting with a ball of clay (from Normandy, of course!), you will be guided by your instinct and your desires to create a practical or decorative object, or both!

Patricia will advise you on the best way to treat this noble material. Pinching technique, “à la plaque”, modeling, etc… to each his own. You’ll then move on to coloring with glazing on raw clay. Patricia will take care of the firing and final glazing. Your work will be returned to you 2 or 3 weeks later.

Feel free to bring flowers, leaves (from a tree!) or other objects to inspire your creation…

Remember to bring an apron or protective clothing.
