Whether you’re an inquisitive beginner or a sweet tooth, come and discover the gourmet world of artisanal patisserie through friendly, creative workshops. On the program: professional tips, seasonal recipes and sweet moments to share? All in a warm and inspiring atmosphere.
On the program for this session “Les douceurs du Sud”:
– Homemade calissons
– Profiteroles revisited calisson-style: choux pastry filled with lavender-honey ice cream, topped with an apricot-rosemary coulis and sprinkled with almond slivers
– Choux pastry flavored with calisson
Possibility of eating your meal on the terrace before leaving. Microwave available.
