Journée nationale des sauveteurs

The SNSM is organizing the National Rescue Day on June 29, 2025. (JNS 2025).
This year’s event will also celebrate 200 years of lifesaving in France.

Le Havre SNSM will of course be taking part, and we’re organizing an open day at the station on June 29, 2025, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. 127 boulevard Clemenceau 76600 le Havre.

The theme of the day will be “those involved in sea rescue”, and we’ll be joined by our traditional rescue partners, the SAMU Maritime, the Gendarmerie Maritime, the Marine Nationale, the Affaires Maritimes…

The SNSM station in Le Havre, and the CFI (Centre de Formation et d’Intervention du Havre), will be happy to show you around their world and their missions, by offering you a tour of the SNS161 launch (Président Pierre Huby), just back from a 6-month refit, the SNS 7030 RIB (L’éclat), and all the equipment available to lifeguards for their training (Jet-ski, IRB, Paddle, etc.). Our partners will also show you their equipment.

Throughout the day, we’ll be organizing demonstrations of our methods on land and on the water.
