Description

Sail among the 45 yachts taking part in the Grand Parade des Grandes Voiles du Havre 2025. They will leave the basins of Le Havre for Dunkirk. Aboard Neire Maôve, you’ll accompany them throughout the Parade de départ.

The Cotentin schooner Neire Mâove (“black seagull” in Norman dialect) represents this ancient family of boats, and combines all the technological advances acquired before production ceased in the 1930s. She was built as part of the “Bateaux du patrimoine des côtes de France” competition organized by the magazine Chasse-Marée on the occasion of the 1992 Brest maritime festival gathering of traditional riggings. Neire Mâove was launched on July 4, 1992. Home port: Barneville-Carteret (50).

Conditions :
– Must be at least 3 years old with compulsory life jacket (provided by crew)
– No wheelchairs or PRMs allowed on board
– Dogs not allowed
– Heeled shoes not allowed
