A peerless trumpeter, producer, arranger, composer, multi-instrumentalist and singer, Theo Croker wears many hats, mixing influences with a panache matched only by his prestigious pedigree. Grandson of the legendary trumpeter Doc Cheatham, this musician of the new generation of Black American Music fuses genres without complex. Between jazz, funk and hip-hop, with one foot in his heritage and the other in contemporary urban music, Theo Croker plays music like a free man. His latest album, Dream Manifest, features a host of talented guests from the international jazz scene, and pays tribute to the power of the imagination and our ability to manifest ourselves in the world, drawing on his two previous opuses (A Futur Past and Love Quantum) to bring his triptych to a fitting close.
