Airelle Besson?s trumpet is playful and joyful, and she loves to share its nuances and intensity with her trio mates, Sebastian Sternal on piano and Jonas Burgwinkel on drums. Unusual and generous, this jazz group has accumulated years of musical complicity, and the balance between them is communicated in harmony. Based on an original idea by Airelle Besson, the trio welcomes deaf actress Clémence Colin to the stage, inviting her to translate live into LSF (Langue des Signes Française) the emanations of the music, its matter, its tempo, its density, its emotions. For the deaf and hard-of-hearing are not insensitive to this art form. Porous to its vibrations, they listen with their whole body. The result is a concert-show that gives pride of place to the expressive gestures of this visual language, involving hands and face in constant movement. Another experience of music accessible to all.
