We’ve been dreaming of this since the beginning of our adventure, and we’ve finally found the right formula to share our recipes with you!
During this workshop, Oumou and Hadjira will guide you through the preparation of a dish and dessert like no other:
– cassava accras with a fragrant tomato sauce (vegan and gluten-free)
You’ll discover new ingredients for novices, and learn step-by-step how to transform them into a delicious, original dish.
For those with a sweet tooth, you won’t be left out with a unique recipe that has become a Calice et Mandibule classic:
-tamoumou meringue tart.
Our ambition:

To satisfy your curiosity as well as your sweet tooth.
To give you the opportunity to spend a convivial moment and exchange ideas with other lovers of good food. Each participant will leave with a portion for 2 of everything they’ve prepared. Don’t forget to bring your own containers.

Public: Open to all aged 15 and over. 5 participants minimum / 7 max
Remember to bring a kitchen apron and 3 tupperware to take home your preparations.
