Atelier : Accords insolites fauxmages & boissons vegans

Description

In partnership with the L214 association, Roxane, international judge and cheese specialist, takes you on board for an evening of gourmet and 100% vegan pairings. She’ll be highlighting faux-mages that you can pair with vegan drinks (with and without alcohol)! An opportunity to discover or rediscover vegan alternatives to cheese. You’ll be served a variety of pairings in a cocooning, cheerful setting.

On the program for this workshop :
– an introduction to food pairing,
– gustatory and sensory games,
– detailed tastings.
