Description
Producer of a single malt whisky, “Whisky Auguste Ricouard,” farmhouse and artisanal, made from organic barley malt.
Brewed, fermented, distilled, and aged at the Randouerie farm in Fontenay.
The fermented must is distilled twice in copper stills, using a pot still.
Aged for 2 years in charred oak barrels, followed by 1 year in white port barrels to bring out flavors of citrus, flowers, and almonds.
