Epicurean and lover of Great Wines, lover of nature and beautiful gardens, and especially born of a family of 6 children whose mother made cakes every day, Olivier Hautot forges a pastry chef by trade and subsequently becomes a great passionate about chocolate.
He embarked on the great adventure of business creation in April 1998. From there was born the Chocolaterie Hautot and its eleven boutiques captivating with their chocolate displays.
Masters in the art of marrying new flavors and subtle aromas, Olivier Hautot and his team let you taste a whole original range revealing the flavors of the best chocolate.
Ganaches, giandujas, pralines, nougatines, almond pasta, orangettes, boulders, bars of grand cru chocolates, Norman boujous and a whole assortment of sweets made with the best raw materials to delight your senses.
Today the company employs 34 people and manufactures quality products produced with the greatest respect for taste and traditional craftsmanship. The company continues to develop but always respecting the qualitative bases of our craft. For each season, our chocolate makers offer you a unique collection on the themes of Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Halloween, Father’s Day, Armada … Don’t miss any opportunity to offer chocolate.
