Le Panier de Léonie
The farm “Le Panier de Léonie” is a mixed farming and dairy farm, as traditionally exists in the Pays de Caux.
The farm breeds around sixty dairy cows there with the idea that a well-bred, well-fed, well-treated animal can only give quality milk. And the whole team which then transforms this good milk is keen to showcase it in all its forms: cream, butter, fromage blanc, but also ice cream, teurgoule, canelé, flan, quiche… Simple recipes, prepared from raw and premium ingredients to satisfy taste above all!
