With its breathtaking 360° panorama, the 17th floor of the Hôtel de Ville is the ideal place to discover Le Havre and its unique history, and admire the city’s illuminations during the festive season.
From the cove built in 1517 to Port 2000, via the urbanization of the coastline and plateau, not forgetting the rebuilding of the city center, a World Heritage Site, the guide deciphers five centuries of intense transformation.
