This spacious F2, recently classified 2 stars and located in the hypercentre of Le Havre (Hôtel de Ville – Casino), offers you the opportunity to enjoy the city in a comfortable and calm setting.
In this sense, we attach great importance to respecting the calm of the other occupants of the building. The organization of a party or the nocturnal noise reported by the neighbors will be subject to a deduction of €300 from your deposit (see section internal regulations).

The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed and storage space for your belongings, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, and a kitchen area with an American bar.
The owner lives there personally during the year.
Access for travelers: the whole accommodation is for you.
Other remarks: the apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift.
