Description

The posture of the child, the warrior, the tree or even the salutations to the sun, it is in family that you challenge yourself to achieve these postures and to really take the time to pause, share and serenity in this course specially adapted for children accompanied by an adult.

Activity for children from 5 to 10 years old. Casual or sporty attire essential.
